Track Your Order

Where is my order? Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. Click the link in that email to see where your package is.

Orders are processed in 1-4 business days, then take 5-17 business days to arrive. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the shipping email, because the first scan happens when the carrier receives your package.

If your tracking has not moved after 5 days, or you have not received a shipping email after 4 business days, email us at shopzomera@gmail.com with your order number and we will check it for you.
